Flying Away

“... he must find me in the Land East o' the Sun and West o' the Moon;" and with that she flew away."

Update your bookmarks, people. I'm moving. I'm finally pulling my online self together and getting a far more professional website made which will have its own journal page. As such, I'm retiring my blogspot blog. I'll be moving some of my more popular posts over to my website which will (hopefully soon) be joined by plenty more posts covering topics such as weddings, illustrating, walking in Dartmoor and living with a visually impaired rescue dog. So in the meantime follow me on Facebook and Twitter for the latest happenings. See you soon!

Icelandic Snow

There was a little snow in the West Country on Monday. It didn't hang around long.

Not that I'm complaining, pretty though snow is, it's not much fun trying to clear it off your car at half past seven in the morning.

Hosting a winter wedding will make your day memorable, especially if you're lucky enough to get snow.

But rather than leave things to chance, some couples chase the snow to guarantee a wintery wedding. This bespoke wedding card was designed and handmade to celebrate a winter wedding held in Iceland.

That's definitely one way to make sure you have snow on your wedding day.

I wonder if they saw the Northern Lights?
